I am a San Diego-area filmmaker and digital media artist. I like to create cinematic stories that challenge perceptions of reality and truth, and explore the collision of faith and culture.
I look to traditional media for inspiration, but love to innovate and explore new narrative structures, production techniques, and technologies – whatever tells a story in the best possible way.
I am also passionate about teaching others how to develop their own ideas into compelling visual media. As a college professor, my primary goal has been to give students a conceptual and technological framework for telling their stories, empowering them to affect culture in a positive way.
